When purchasing from hpdragon, we guarantee clearance at Chinese Customs, and will bear full responsibility were any problems to arise with the Chinese Customs.
However, you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to the destination country's Customs policies once the shipment arrives at the recipient's country. If there are tariff requirements or confiscated goods in your country, we are not responsible for damage/loss. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Thus, additional costs such as import duties and taxes, determined by the classification of a good, may be levied on the purchased products according to each country's Customs policies. Such additional fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost since we have no control over these additional charges, and cannot predict what they may be.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility, so please contact your local Customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.
Purchases subject to Customs clearance procedures will cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Because only 0.3% of hpdragon delivered parcels have ever been taxed, your parcels are almost always guaranteed to pass through Customs with no problems. However, on the off chance that your shipment is withheld by Customs, you will need to pay the additional charges to receive your parcel.
hpdragon suggests its customers to take the initiative to find out their local Customs' policies before purchasing. In countries with high rate of Customs clearance, additional fees are unlikely. However, in countries with low rate of Customs clearance such as Argentina, customers may be required to pay tariffs. In Japan, Customs are very strict; do not try to deliver counterfeit items to Japan. 80% of parcels will be confiscated by Japan Customs. In Italy, Customs pay special attention to counterfeit shoes; Italian Customs are the strictest among the European countries.
Having more than 5 of the same items in one purchase will also draw the Customs' attention. If necessary, try separating the items into different parcels.
In some countries, parcels that weigh over 10KG will be considered commercial; Customs will block these parcels and ask you to pay duties. Be sure to monitor the weight of your parcel!
Here is a list of some forbidden items that cannot be shipped:
1. Candles, needles, knives, scissors, forks, pens, seeds, fishing nets.
2. Solar panels.
3. Discs, memory cards, hard drives, mobile power, batteries.
4. A variety of cosmetics, including nail light therapy devices.
5. Ink cartridges, toner cartridges, toner.
6. Food -- including coffee and pet food.
7. Fake guns and knives -- including props and toys.
8. Animal fur products.
9. Counterfeits items -- various brand name logo trademarks, drawings, prints, etc.
10. Plant and animal specimens.
11. Cultural heritage crafts.
12. Certain Magnets.
Any item that is defective upon arrival to our warehouse will be returned on your behalf to the shop for an exchange or a refund. In the event of quality problem after your order has arrived to you, if the items are under warranty, we will help you return them for an exchange or refund; if they are not under warranty, we can help you negotiate with the seller for an exchange or refund. In either situation above, we will do it free of charge. But any expenses incurring in the process, including domestic and international shipping fee, will be on you.
What's hpdragon's return policy?
Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
Note: We do not accept returns on any of the following conditions:
1. The clothing is the same as the photos of the item we sent to you.
2. The letter location printed on the clothing deviates by just a few centimeters.
3. There is a small difference in the color shade.
If you receive a wrong size/color/pattern/quantity, a wrong parcel, a damaged item, lost item, etc, you can file a claim within three working days after received your item. Late claims will not be accepted.
How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from hpdragon. You will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the following address along with a note containing your information and the reason for return.

When will I get the refund after I returned goods?
After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within 3 working days if there are no further problems.
The following files should be attached in your email to email@example.com
1. Picture of your parcel or item;
2. Picture of the hpdragon INVOICE
3. Picture of item's bar code
Note: Please do not throw away important articles in your parcels such as your: hpdragon INVOICE, item barcodes, and waybill. If you have any problems with your parcel, please provide us these files for your convenience.
Note: Final delivery date is subject to the exact final delivery date on the tracking website.
Add protection with hpdragon insurance premium and receive compensation for loss or damage of goods during international delivery and protect your parcel against external factors during transit.Cost: Insurance premium costs 3% of the total price of the order.
For example, if the entire order costs 500 USD, the premium will be 15 USD.
Please refer to our Complaint & Return Policy to report loss, damage, or missing contents of a parcel.
What is covered?
● If parcel is lost in transit, hpdragon will either give you a full refund, or buy Again & resend your goods. A full refund includes all costs regarding your purchase including item costs, service fees, and all shipping fees. It does not, however, cover the money service fee that is used to transfer money into your hpdragon account.
● If items in the parcel are missing, hpdragon will refund you the cost of the item, including domestic shipping.
● If there are major physical damages to the items (such as holes in your clothes, cracked screen, etc.), hpdragon will compensate you for items fee and domestic delivery fee.
● If the item does not work as advertised, hpdragon will only refund you the service fee.
● If the parcel is returned to us because of delivery error, we will resend it with no additional costs. However, if it is returned to us because of refusal to comply with your country's Customs or rejection of parcel, you will be responsible for all additional costs.
Limits of Insurance
● Returned parcels for reasons involving your local customs will not be compensated. We have no jurisdiction over your country's customs.
● Returned parcels because you failed to pick up your parcels will not be compensated. You will be responsible for additional fees to have your packet redelivered.
● Insurance does not cover the durability of your items.
● If items do not work as expected, insurance will cover your service fee.
● Postal delays
● Taxes or tariffs imposed by Customs
● Detainment or confiscation of your goods by Customs
● Durability of your items, item packaging (shoe boxes, etc.)
● Any form of warranty, expiration dates, etc. of your items.
● Minor color differences in your product. If your product does not look as green as the green in the picture you saw, we are not responsible.
If my parcel is lost during the delivery, can I get compensation?
● For an insured parcel, hpdragon will provide full compensation if the parcel lost during delivery.
● For the uninsured parcel, hpdragon can only provide compensation for the international shipping fee. We strongly recommend you to choose insurance for your parcel.
