How do I confirm my order has been received?

Our system will remind buyer to confirm delivery. If the buyer does not confirm delivery within 45 days of shipment, our system will automatically confirm.


How to Confirm Delivery


1. Sign in to My HAPPY, choose "order" and select "Feedback required" to view your orders.


2. Select the Order.

Choose the Order you want to confirm and click 'View Detail' or 'Received'. If your Order has been successfully delivered and you're satisfied with the item, click "Received".

3. Click "Confirm".

After confirming delivery, Please left your comment and rate our service.
