If the package is lost in the international transportation, one will get the claims in light of actual price of the goods in it, just as the following:

  The upper limit of the amount of the claim: When the total value of the goods in a package is more than its upper limit, one will get compensated according to the upper limit. The member of different levels will have the different upper limit. The particulars can be seen above.
  The longest cycle of the claim: when a package is lost, we will make a compensation within the claim cycle. The member of different levels will have the different cycles. The cycle will be calculated from the day the package was sent (that’s to say, from the order status of “has been sent”).
  For example:
  Let’s say it’s a platinum member who lost a package of 220 dollars worth, then the member will get a compensation of 200 dollars within 75 days.
