Track My Order

Happy Dragon will inform you logistics tracking ticket number through instation message or email after the parcel sent out, you can undertake the real-time tracking by the following way:

●Query through the order details in the member center:

(1)Entering into the “Member Center” and click”my order
(2)Click the button of the ” Order Details” , as shown in figure;

(3)Click “Shipping” in the order details, at this moment, our staff has got and submitted the tracking number from the logistics company. As shown in figure:

●Query through the logistics company’s official website

DHL (Guarantee the tracking information can be queried within 1-2 working day, and the parcel is supposed to be arrived within 3-8 working days)
EMS (Guarantee the tracking information can be queried within 1-3 working days, and the parcel is supposed to be arrived within 5-10 working days)
Swiss Postal (Guarantee the tracking information can be queried within 1-3 working days, and the parcel is supposed to be arrived within 5-15 working days)

Attention:
(1)Part of the logistics company need to transit in HK or Singapore, the tracking information might be delayed for 1-3 days, this doesn’t mean Happy Dragon have not send out the items, if your order status shown as “ Mailed”, it means the parcel has left our warehouse and in its delivery. Please be noted.
(2)Part of the express delivery can only be tracked after arrived in China mainland, if the tracking information can’t be followed, you can query the delivery status in China or HK through the following website http://www.17track.net/en/
