Submit A Complaint

The following information And Attachment should be included when submitting your complaints to support@hpdragon.com

●      Name of your purchaser or assistant

●      What happened?

●      What do you expect us to do for you?

Notice:Our assistants will respond during working hours -- 9:30 a.m. to 18:00 p.m (CST), Monday to Satureday.


If You Received The Items With Wrong Size/Color/Pattern And Quantity,Or A Incorrect Parcels,Damaged Items,Missing Items Etc..,You Could Make A Claim Within Three Working Days After Received Parcels,Later It Will Not Accepted Expired.
How To Return ?
● If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to support@hpdragon.com within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned.
● When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Happy Dragon.
● You will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the following address along with a note containing your information and the reason for return.
